One of our factory-trained certified fireplace technicians will contact you while on their way to your appointment.

Conversation


Your technician will ask questions about your fireplace issues and concerns. Every detail will be noted and taken care of.

Time Commitment


Appointments usually last between 45-90 minutes, depending on the amount of cleaning and repair needs. 

Service & Maintenance


A full cleaning, inspection, and adjustment will be performed while using protective coverings to keep your home clean.

Recommendations


Our technician will discuss the findings and recommendations with you. No additional labor fee for most repairs, only for the cost of parts.

Payment


Payment will be given at the time of service, including the cost of parts. We accept credit card, cash, or check. Pre-paid plans are available.
